The course is intended for law students, practitioners, and professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of human rights. Classes are conducted in English. The agenda of the Winter School includes, among others, the following topics:
• The idea of cultural rights in the human rights system
• Protection of cultural rights in the universal system of international law, constitutional law, and the European Union
• Workshops on the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights
• Protection of cultural rights of migrants and refugees
